Using Nembli

These terms cover the Nembli website, private calendar, calendar API, and remote MCP service. Nembli is operated by Yurii Tor. Contact yurii.tor@bofh.od.ua with questions about the service or these terms.
The service
Nembli helps you plan events and drafts, save notes and files, and track publication readiness. You can authorize AI clients or other API clients to access your calendar within the permissions you grant. Saving or changing calendar records does not itself publish content or schedule a social post.
Your account and connections
Use an account and email address you are authorized to access. Keep sign-in links, API tokens, and other credentials private. You are responsible for the connections you approve and for reviewing their requested permissions. You can revoke API tokens and remote MCP connections in Connections & tokens.
Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Revoking a connection prevents its further authorized access to Nembli; it does not remove copies a client has already received. An external client may also have its own terms and privacy policy.
Your content
You retain your rights in the events, drafts, notes, and files you provide. You give Nembli permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service and to share it with clients you authorize. Only submit content you have the right to use.
Do not use Nembli for unlawful activity, to infringe another person’s rights, to distribute malicious files, or to access someone else’s calendar without permission. Do not bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
AI and publication planning
Review changes made by an AI client, including dates, timezones, drafts, and publication settings. AI output and recorded publication status can be incomplete or incorrect. Any publishing tool you separately authorize is responsible for executing its own actions. A calendar entry is not confirmation that a social platform has published or scheduled content.
Availability and changes
Features can change, and maintenance or faults can interrupt access. Keep copies of content you need and verify important dates and publication results. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material service changes through the website or the contact details associated with your account.
Privacy and stopping use
Our Privacy policy explains how account information, calendar content, files, and connection records are handled. You may stop using Nembli at any time. You can delete events and revoke connections in the service, or contact us to request account-data access, correction, or erasure. Retention and deletion limits are described in the privacy policy.
Protecting the service
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, unauthorized access, a security incident, or a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. You can email us about an access restriction or another service problem.
Your rights and these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be explained before they take effect where required by applicable law. Contact us if you have a question about a change.
